Mgr. Michal Melicharek

Michal Melicharek is a co-founder and Chief Executive Officer of EMAA. In this role Michal Melichárek defines business strategies and directions, builds up the EMAA group and travels extensively visiting key clients. His primary focus is building and directing high-performing teams operating in areas of business of EMAA International members. He oversees the strategy and its execution including risk management, communication and finance. The current position of Michal Melichárek is directed to the development of EMAA group in the Middle East, Asia and Africa. These positions provide Michal with an understanding of challenges, opportunities and perspectives of these regions.
Michal is a graduate of Anglo-American University and completed a combined Business and Law degree. He speaks Czech, English, French and German.
Mgr. Marcel Cermak, MBA

Marcel Cermak is a co-founder and Chief Operational Officer of EMAA. In this role Marcel Cermak is responsible for day-to-day operation and provides both operational and programmatic support to directors of EMAA companies on all strategic and tactical matters as they relate to budget management, cost benefit analysis, forecasting needs and the securing of new funding in all areas of EMAA’s. Currently, he also focuses himself on the business development of EMAA trading and export-import activities and on business development and implementation of new business strategies and plans. Along with other members of the EMAA team Marcel’s role is to seek and provide a selection of investment opportunities, management expertise and related services to EMAA’s clients with a focus on the regions of the Middle East, Asia and Africa.
Marcel is a graduate of the Anglo-American University, Prague and ESERP, Barcelona where he obtained his MBA. Marcel is Czech and is able to communicate and provide services in English and Spanish.
